Obituary of Ronald W. Hoffman

Ronald W. Hoffman, 60, passed away at home on May 11, 2018.

He was born May 20, 1957, son of Robert W. and Rita (Demarais) Hoffman and graduated from Clinton High School.  He worked at FX Matt Brewery for several years and then Par Tech.  Ron was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Clark Mills Post 26, and enjoyed fishing and golf.  He was a sports enthusiast and his favorite teams were the Yankees and Green Bay Packers.

He is survived by his mother Rita Hoffman of Clark Mills; two sisters, Carol Lenaghen and fiancé James Penharlow of N. Utica and Cathy Hoffman of Clark Mills and her companion, Kent Steere of Waterville; three nephews, David Lenaghan of N. Utica, Richard Lenaghan of New York Mills – who was also his Godson, and Michael and Anna Lenaghan of Schenectady; many aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was predeceased by his father, Robert W. Hoffman and brother, Robert A. Hoffman.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10am on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Church of the Annunciation, Clark Mills.  His burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Westmoreland.  A reception will follow the burial at the Clark Mills American Legion.  Arrangements by Owens-Pavlot & Rogers Funeral Service, Inc., Clinton.
